The problem

LinkedIn now rewards founders who are clear about their topic

You know you should be more visible on LinkedIn, and you probably already know what you’d post about. What holds you back is the feed: AI-written posts, recycled advice and people celebrating things that don’t seem worth celebrating. Nobody wants to sound like that.

The good news is that LinkedIn now matches each post to readers by topic. Richard van der Blom’s 2026 study of 1.3 million posts found that the most active creators reach about 60% fewer people than they did two years ago. A clear post on a topic you know well can reach the readers who care about it, even if your network is small and you post once a week.

What’s inside

Six stages, each taught by a founder who does it well

The playbook follows the six stages we take every Kalimatic client through. Each chapter is led by the founder whose interview was strongest on that stage, and each one ends with an exercise you can do this week.

The six voices

Six founders who post their own way, and what it brought them

Soumayya Libdi

Soumayya Libdi, e-commerce strategist, landed her first three jobs through LinkedIn. Founders now message her to ask about her services.

Abdellatif Olama

Abdellatif Olama, who started his career at McKinsey, spends up to 10 hours researching a single post.

Mariam Solika

Mariam Solika, founder of The Good News and a UN Young Leader, uses her profile as her portfolio for roles and speaking slots.

Aly Moursy

Aly Moursy, founder and CEO of Y Combinator-backed Veeza AI, went from not posting at all to more than 500,000 impressions.

Mae Zeineldeen

Mae Zeineldeen, founder of Hypely, came back to LinkedIn after four years away and never once checked how a post performed.

Mohamed Fadel

Mohamed Fadel, former leader of AIESEC, built a writing habit, then moved to video, then launched an Arabic podcast that guests now ask to join.
