As Engagesoft grew, the product evolved quickly, adding new features and reaching a broader range of HR teams across the region.

But as the platform kept expanding, the messaging needed to catch up with everything the product could now deliver.

The website still reflected early-stage positioning,and parts of the customer journey lacked the resources to communicate everything the platform could deliver.

Our role was to help Engagesoft turn product knowledge into consistent communication across every touchpoint – from website and sales materials, to lead magnets and social content.

We became their dedicated copywriting department, handling every piece of content the business needed as it scaled.

Approach

We started with the foundation: the website.

It was the first place most prospects landed, but it no longer reflected how much the platform had grown. We worked closely with the Engagesoft team to restructure the site, rewrite core pages, and bring clarity to what the product actually does.

The new messaging was built around how HR leaders evaluate employee engagement tools:
